JJG (Light Industry) 72-2000 "Laboratory PFI refiner (trial) verification procedures" specify the verification requirements and methods of laboratory PFI refiners, equivalent to ISO 5264-2:1992 standard. Applicable to the verification of PFI refiners newly manufactured, in use or after maintenance. Measurement performance requirements include the number of revolutions of the beating knife and stick, the speed difference between the beating spoke and the pulp chamber, and the mass of the grinding machine briquettes, and set the technical requirements for Appearance, structure, normal operation and beating performance. In the verification process, tools such as revolutions table, vernier calliper and standard platform balance are used, and the performance of the beater is inspected in detail. Qualified equipment will be issued a verification certificate, and unqualified equipment will be issued a notice and marked with unqualified items. The verification period is generally three years.
