Dithizone Spectrophotometric method, spectrophotometry, is used to form a reddish complex with lead that can be extracted by Chloroform, and the lead content is determined at a wavelength of 510nm by spectrophotometry. The applicable range is 0.01 to 0.30mg/L, and the concentration can be diluted and then determined. The method has high Sensitivity and is suitable for environment monitoring and pollution control.
