Equipped with three nozzles synergy system and vacuum system, support 5000Pa basic vacuum degree and 500 ℃ high temperature control, high-precision peristaltic pump and stepper motor moving mechanism to achieve multi-layer film preparatory.

Carrying three solution types, the programmable coating diameter is up to 18mm, the substrate supports 36 positions, and the coating chamber can be vacuumed, making it suitable for next-generation material exploration.
