GB/T 1819.5-2004 《Methods for chemical analysis of tin concentrates--Determination of arsenic content--The molybdoantimonyarsenate blue spectrophotometric method and the distillation-iodimetric titrimetric method》 Related products

This standard specifies a method for the determination of arsenic content in tin concentrates, applicable to samples with arsenic content from 0.0025% to 0.35%. The method consists of two parts: First, the samples are analyzed using muriatic acid and potassium chlorate, the arsenic is reduced to hydrogen arsenide gas using zinc grains, and the gas is absorbed through the iodine solution. Then, in dilute sulfuric acid medium, the arsenic is formed with ammonium molybdate, potassium antimony tartrate and ascorbic acid to form a Ternary complex. Absorbance measurement at 700nm wavelength using a spectrophotometer. This method ensures high-precision and Reliability of arsenic content determination.
